The trailer features an aluminum body, hinged windows, a roof-mounted air conditioner, and equipment compartments in addition to a Zip Dee camp-side awning and front stone guards. The extended rear bumper has integrated storage for camping accessories, and additional equipment includes a fold-away boarding step, a porch light, and utility connections for fresh water, waste disposal, and 30-amp electrical service. The seller notes that the exhaust vents need new gaskets.
Alloy 15″ wheels are mounted with 225/75 Goodyear Endurance tires that show 2018 date codes, and a spare is secured to the underside. Stopping power is provided by electrically actuated drum brakes on both axles. The trailer has a 6,300-lb gross vehicle weight rating and is equipped with dual Optima blue-top house batteries, a manual tongue jack, and two propane cylinders housed in a tongue-mounted enclosure in addition to a 39-gallon freshwater tank, a 39-gallon gray water tank, and a 19-gallon black tank. The propane enclosure latch is broken.
The interior is outfitted with beige walls, woodgrain and carpeted floors, curtains, and overhead cabinets. The booth-style dinette and the sofa are trimmed in patterned cloth upholstery, and each can be converted to a bed. Storage bins are housed under the sofa, while a Sony CD stereo with a removable face plate is located in the cabinet above. A folding table is mounted under the window on the left wall.
The galley is equipped with a laminate countertop, a three-burner propane range, an exhaust hood, and a Samsung microwave oven. Additional features consist of a double-basin stainless-steel sink, a dual-fuel Dometic refrigerator and freezer, a pantry, and a residential-style power outlet. A system panel above the countertop is used for monitoring the holding tanks and battery charge status.
The rear bedroom has a mattress, two windows with curtains, a wardrobe, overhead storage and lighting, audio speakers, and an accordion-style privacy panel. The bathroom features an enclosed shower with a tethered sprayer, a toilet, and a ceiling vent, while the adjacent vanity area has a sink, a toiletries cabinet, and a mirror.
